Abs Buster

Does this really need any more explanation than “ABS BUSTER!” Provides you with the motivation and direction to work your Abs. Just 20-30 minutes to complete your training session.

Body Tone

Body Tone is a resistance workout class, using barbells and hand weights to improve strength and muscle tone targeting your whole body.


Old-school aerobics moves, great tunes… want legs like a tennis player? This class is for you!

Cardio Bums and Tums

A high energy cardio-vasular and sculpting workout to burn calories, increase fitness and fat and tone the legs, butt and abs. Cardio can be high or low impact and you minimal co-ordination is required but be prepared to sweat and feel the muscles burn!

Medicine Ball Magic

Why not try somehting different for your workouts? Medicine Ball training can be used to develop strength and power. Using different balls makes this an energetic and fun total body workout.


Pilates involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body & mind. It focuses on building strength without bulk, improves flexibility & agility helping to prevent injury.

Pump X

This is a power packed bar lifting class, which will get you toned in no time flat. Bar lifting classes are the world’s most popular group fitness classes so come and join in the action.


Get on the bike and get ready burn maximum calories. This fun, fat burning class is great for the legs and bum and because you’re on the cycle there’s no major impact on the joints, which also means a minimal chance of injury.

Sproing Fitness

Improve cardio, strength, power and balance in one low-impact calorie burning workout. Yes, it’s time to put some Sproing int your step!


A step based cardio & toning workout. Great work for the legs & overall cardiovascular fitness. A challenging class but can be suited to any level of fitness, by changing the step height and/or adding jumps into the moves.

Super Track

Using the exertrak, an instructor will motivate you around the trak, bringing you in and out for variety and an added boost to your workout. Anyone on the trak at this time will be extended. See and feel the difference!

Swiss Ball Shape

Want to see your body transform? Join this class for a full-body workout on the Swiss Ball to shape you up and sort you out.
